About RESET

RESET began with a love of Pilates — and the desire to understand it more deeply.

My own Pilates practice made me curious about much more than exercises: why a movement feels completely different from one body to another, how small adjustments can change what we feel, and how strength, mobility and control work together.

That curiosity led me from practising Pilates to studying and teaching it.

I am certified in Mat Pilates through Pilateswiss and Reformer Pilates through SAFS, and I continue to expand my education because I believe good teaching should never stop evolving.

RESET grew from that philosophy.

I wanted to create a small studio where I could genuinely know the people I teach — where classes are intimate enough for individual attention, progress is not measured by comparison, and movement can be challenging without losing precision or purpose.

A place for people who want to feel stronger and move better, but also for those who simply enjoy what Pilates can do for the way their body looks and feels.

RESET is a place to work on your body — and reconnect with it.
